Terracotta can be used in the oven and also in the microwave can be used for fruit and vegetables no need to add water or oil (the moisture from the vegetables turns into steam to cook the vegetables) place in oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees, add soft greens for another 10 minutes after that clean in hot water leave to dry in the sun or in the oven	Just perfect for oven dishes...
