"I am 28 years of age and have been married to my lovely wife Sonya for two and a half years. We are expecting our first child in about 6 weeks.

I have lived all my life in Christchurch apart from 3 years abroad. I have trade qualification in Fitting & Welding. I contract myself to a structure steel company doing anything architectural such as hand railing, stairs, canopies, etc. This has financed my research and development for the Uni-go trailer and the coffee bean dispenser as well as paying the bills.

At this stage I have been involved with the trailer since the idea came up on our honeymoon, the coffee bean dispenser since August last year.

The opportunity for manufacturing coffee bean dispensers came from Robert Harris, a coffee franchise in which Sonya is a franchisee with her 'Robert Harris Coffee Shop'.

In some ways my ability to manufacture the Uni-go trailer from an idea gave me the opportunity to supply Robert Harris with a 'Uni-Go' brand of coffee bean dispenser for which I have a national deal".
